Production-Ready Vector Files

Vector Art Services

(Clean, Print-Ready Files)

Vector art that works everywhere, the first time.

Hand-traced vector files, built for the format you actually need: screen printing, DTF, signage, vinyl cutting, laser engraving, or embroidery digitizing. No auto-trace shortcuts, no jagged edges, no files that get rejected at production. Just clean AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF files that work the first time you open them.

Before and after: a blurry, pixelated JPG logo next to the same logo redrawn as a sharp vector file
Same logo, before and after: a low-res JPG redrawn as clean, scalable vector paths.

What is vector art and why does it matter?

Raster images (JPG, PNG) are made of pixels, a fixed grid of colored squares. Zoom in past their native size and they turn blurry or blocky. Vector art is built differently: it is made of mathematical paths, points, and curves, so it can be scaled to any size, from a business card to a billboard, and stay perfectly sharp.

This matters because most production processes cannot use a raster file directly. Screen printing needs vector art for clean color separations. Vinyl cutters and laser engravers need precise paths to follow. Signage needs files that hold up at ten feet wide. Even embroidery digitizing starts from a clean outline, not a blurry logo.

Auto-trace tools, like Illustrator's Image Trace or free online converters, try to do this automatically. They usually get it wrong: jagged curves, merged colors, hundreds of unnecessary anchor points, and text that turns into an unreadable blob. A file that looks fine on screen often breaks the moment a print shop, embroiderer, or engraver tries to use it.

That is what manual vector tracing fixes. A person redraws your artwork point by point, cleans up every curve, separates colors properly, and delivers a file that works everywhere the first time.

If your logo only exists as a blurry JPG or a phone photo, vector art is the fix.

Digitized embroidery patch designs ready for stitching

Why print and embroidery shops choose us for vector art.

Built around real production workflows. Every file optimized for the format it needs to work in.

Manual tracing only.

Every file is hand-traced by an experienced designer. No auto-trace software, no shortcuts, no guessing.

Optimized for the end use.

A file for screen printing looks different than a file for laser engraving or vinyl cutting. We build each file for how it will actually be used.

Clean files that work the first time.

Clean paths, correct color separations, proper anchor points. Your file should open and work correctly the moment you load it, not after three rounds of edits.

Minor revisions included.

If something needs adjusting, send it back. We would rather get it right than argue about who pays for the fix.

Fast turnaround for U.S. production workflows.

Built for shops that run production every day and cannot afford to wait.

Built for print and embroidery shops across the United States.

Most of our vector art clients are U.S.-based print and embroidery shops that send us files daily or weekly. We have built our hours, communication, and delivery around that.

What we create vector art for.

Screen Printing

The industry standard for print-ready art. We deliver files with proper color separations, ready for spot-color printing on shirts, hoodies, and merch.

DTF & Direct Print

Direct-to-film and direct-to-garment printing need clean vector files to render sharp edges and accurate colors. We optimize files specifically for these production methods.

Signage & Large Format

Scale your design from a business card to a ten-foot banner without losing quality. Vector art keeps edges crisp at any size.

Vinyl Cutting

Whether for decals, labels, or vehicle wraps, our vector files cut cleanly on all vinyl cutting equipment.

Laser Engraving

Laser cutting and engraving require precise vector files. We provide specs optimized for your equipment.

Embroidery Digitizing Prep

A clean vector outline is the starting point for a good stitch file. We prep artwork so it is ready to hand straight to a digitizer.

Logo & Branding Files

A clean master vector of your logo for business cards, letterhead, packaging, and anywhere your brand needs to show up sharp.

Web & Digital

SVG files are perfect for websites, apps, and digital media. We optimize for web performance and crisp display at any resolution.

Layers structured for your workflow

Separate layers for line art, fills, and text so you or your production team can turn elements on and off as needed.

Clean, editable paths on every file

Every file is built with smooth, minimal anchor points, not the jagged mess auto-trace software leaves behind. Clean paths mean clean cuts, prints, and stitch-outs.

Infinitely scalable, no quality loss

Because vector art is built from math, not pixels, it scales from a business card to a billboard with zero blur or pixelation.

Accurate color separations

Every element is separated into clean, distinct color layers so your printer or cutter reads it correctly the first time.

Spot color and Pantone references

Need exact brand colors matched? We reference Pantone and spot-color values on request for screen printing and signage jobs.

THE DIFFERENCE

Manual vector tracing vs auto-trace software. Why it matters to your production.

Not all vector art is equal. Here is the honest breakdown.

Auto-trace software (what cheap services use)

Software guesses. You pay for it.

Software algorithms guess the path. They ignore fine detail, merge colors that should stay separate, create hundreds of unnecessary anchor points, and produce jagged, blobby shapes. The result is files that get rejected by print shops, cutters, and engravers.

Auto-traced files cost you time, wasted material, and rejected jobs.

Manual vector tracing (what we do)

A human traces every path.

A trained artist redraws every element of your artwork, assigns clean anchor points to each shape, separates colors correctly, optimizes the file for your specific end use, and quality-checks the complete file before delivery.

Not sure which format you need? Tell us how you plan to use the file and we will recommend the right one.

The bottom line: A $5 auto-traced file costs you far more in wasted material, reprints, and rejected jobs than a $13 hand-traced file that works right the first time.

FAQ

Common questions about our vector art service.

Straight answers to everything shops ask before sending their first file.

How fast do you deliver?
Turnaround depends on your design's complexity; we confirm it with your quote.
How much does vector art cost?

Vector art from $13 per design (simple logo). Standard multi-color logo $25.50; complex $45.50.

What files can I send you?

Send whatever you have: a JPG, PNG, PDF, screenshot or even a photo of a printed logo. Low-res and blurry files are fine. That's exactly what we redraw. If you have more than one version, send the clearest one.

What's the difference between Simple, Standard and Complex?

Simple ($13) covers text or a logo with 1–2 flat colors. Standard ($25.50) covers a typical multi-color logo. Complex ($45.50) covers detailed illustrations and mascots. If you're not sure which tier your design fits, send it with your quote request and we'll tell you the price before we start.

What if the file does not look right when used?

Minor revisions are included. If something does not look right when you use the file, send us a photo or description and we will adjust the file and redeliver.

Do you redraw by hand or use auto-trace?

Every file is redrawn by hand by our artists. We don't use auto-trace shortcuts. You get clean, editable paths with smooth curves and sharp edges that scale to any size without losing quality.

Can I use the vector file for screen printing, embroidery or patches?

Yes. The file is ready for screen printing, vinyl cutting, signs and print work, and it's a clean starting point for embroidery digitizing or custom patches. Minor revisions are included if something needs a small adjustment for your production setup.
