Custom patches pricing at Emboro Stitch is a simple per-piece price. It depends on the patch type, the size and how many pieces you order. Orders start at just 10 pieces, and a 3″ embroidered patch is $3.80 each at 50 pieces and $2.55 each at 100 pieces.

Emboro Stitch is a US-based patch company with our own production houses in Karachi and Sialkot, Pakistan. Every quote shows each cost before you pay. Here is what the per-piece price covers and what is charged on top.

How to find your patch size
Patch size is the width plus the height, divided by 2. A patch that is 2 inches tall and 4 inches wide is a 3 inch patch, because (2 + 4) ÷ 2 = 3.
If your size falls between two rows in a table, we use the next size up. Our tables cover 2" to 6" patches. Larger sizes are on custom quote.

Standard production is 7–14 business days after you approve your mockup. Rush production is 3–5 business days, and a rush fee applies. Ask for rush when you send your design, and your quote will show the cost.
Shipping is charged separately and shown on your quote. We ship to all 50 states with tracking.
