Will my patch look exactly like my design?
Yes. We send a free digital mockup before production starts, so you see the exact colors, stitch layout, and size before we make anything. If something's off, we revise it as many times as it takes until you approve it.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Orders start at just 10 pieces per design.
What file format should I send my design in?

Any format works to start. A vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) gives the cleanest result, but a PNG, JPG, or even a photo of a hand drawn sketch is enough for us to quote and digitize. We'll clean up the artwork ourselves before production.

Do you ship across the USA?

Yes. We ship nationwide to all 50 states with tracked delivery. Turnaround and shipping time depend on the patch type and your location, and we will give you an honest estimate as part of your quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfer/ACH, and payment by invoice. There is no online checkout: after you approve your mockup, we email you an invoice with these payment options.
